We often feel overwhelmed, specially living in more crowded environments. A lot of the time we feel “too sensitive” for our environment or don’t want to express our sensitive and intuitive side, thinking it makes us vulnerable. By doing so, we sadly disconnect from a beautiful part of ours.
Some of us struggle to focus on ourselves in relationships or often feel tired or negative without a specific reason.
Learning more about your intuitive side, being able to be connected to it in a healthy way, will move a lot within you. Being able to understand your own energy more and learning how to maintain a balanced energy field will make daily life a lot more enjoyable for you.

3 guided meditations
The meditations will support you in learning how to clear and protect your energy. You will explore various techniques. The meditations are between 10-25min in length each.
